Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Savvy Back Office collects, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are
Savvy Back Office (savvybackoffice.com) is a business name of ShapeTheZone LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. In this policy “we”, “us” and “our” mean ShapeTheZone LLC. You can reach us at hello@savvybackoffice.com.
What we collect
- Name and email address, when you sign up for the free AI-Powered Small Business Rescue Kit or buy the AI-Powered Sales & Revenue Workflow Vault.
- Purchase records from Stripe, our payment processor: what you bought, when, and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
- License activation records: an install id for each copy of the vault you activate, and the times it was activated and used.
- Email delivery records: whether our emails were sent and delivered, which follow-up emails you have received, and whether you have unsubscribed.
- Website request logs: when you visit, our hosting provider (Google Cloud) records the page requested, the time, the referring page, your browser type and your IP address. We use these only in aggregate to count visits and see which pages are useful. We do not store IP addresses in our own systems, and Google deletes the raw logs after 30 days.
- Download personalisation: each Rescue Kit and vault file we deliver carries your name or email and an invisible identifying mark, so a shared copy can be traced back to the person it was issued to.
How we use it
- To deliver what you asked for: the Rescue Kit download link, your license key and the vault itself.
- To check that a license key is valid and has not been used on more than 3 installs.
- To send you follow-up emails about the Rescue Kit and the vault. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click.
- To keep the records we need for tax and accounting, and to prevent fraud, sharing and abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not use analytics cookies of our own. Our visit counts come from the hosting request logs described above. We may use standard advertising measurement tags (such as the Meta Pixel) to see whether our ads are working; you can adjust ad settings in your Meta account.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe handles payments.
- Resend delivers our emails.
- Google Cloud hosts the website, the database (Firestore) and file storage, in the United States.
Each of these providers processes your information only to provide its service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your Rescue Kit link or vault license is active, and after that only as long as we need it for tax and accounting records.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time with the link in any of them.
- Ask for a copy or deletion of your information by writing to hello@savvybackoffice.com. We may keep purchase records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
Children
Our website and products are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
