Terms of Sale & Digital Product License

Last updated

These terms apply when you buy the AI-Powered Sales & Revenue Workflow Vault or download the free AI-Powered Small Business Rescue Kit. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.

Seller

ShapeTheZone LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Savvy Back Office (savvybackoffice.com). Contact: hello@savvybackoffice.com.

The products

  • AI-Powered Small Business Rescue Kit: free. You get it by signing up with your email. The download link we email you is valid for 30 days.
  • AI-Powered Sales & Revenue Workflow Vault: a one-time payment of US$47, processed by Stripe.

Delivery

After your payment goes through, we email you a license key. The vault file you download is an online-only viewer: it streams the vault’s content from our server, so it needs an internet connection to work. Each license key works on up to 3 installs (activations).

Your license

You get a license to use the product for your own use within your own business.

You may not:

  • resell, share or redistribute the product or your license key;
  • publish the product or any part of it;
  • use the product to build a competing product.

The outputs you create with AI tools using our prompts are yours to use.

Personalised files

Each Rescue Kit and vault file is personalised: it carries your name or email and an invisible identifying mark, to deter sharing.

Revocation

We may revoke a license key for abuse, sharing, a chargeback or fraud. A revoked key stops working.

No refunds

The vault is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. By buying it you consent to immediate delivery, and you agree that all sales are final and no refunds are given.
